My Education and Science Experience
In 1998, I graduated from Trinity
University with a B.S. in the Geosciences. While attending Trinity,
my interest shifted from earth geology to planetary geology, and in the
summer of 1997 I was awarded an internship at the United States Geological
Survey (USGS) Flagstaff. The USGS
Flagstaff is headquarters to the main planetary image and map processing
facilities. Lucky for me, July 1997 marked our return to Mars
and I was able to work with some of the first images to return from the
Pathfinder mission. The Gallery
Panorama is one of the mosaics I pieced together from over 150 individual
images.
My Family
I am the proud father of two wonderful
boys, Caden Zane (4 1/2) and Sean Leslie (almost 2), and husband to a beautiful
and loving wife, Jana Lee. Photos to come.
